Paws on Floors are based in Alconbury, Huntingdon. We are delighted to offer you a FREE local delivery service within a 15 mile radius of Huntingdon for orders of 8kgs or more.

🛍️ Click & Collect is available Wednesdays from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
Please note we close at 5:00 PM.

*Unfortunately we have temporarily suspended our Click & Collect service. We're very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause — especially to the dogs eagerly awaiting their raw food fix! 🐾

 

Cost of shipping

For orders of less than 2kgs the only option available will be to send your items via Royal Mail. This only applies to none- frozen products only. The cost of the shipping will be £3.50 and invoiced separately. We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days of receiving them

Please allow for 3-5 working day's for delivery.

Missing orders

We are not responsible for delays or stolen orders. Please contact Royal Mail with enquiries to missing orders. 

We have a minimum order of 8kgs so that our products remain frozen on transit. To ensure your order is delivered without delay then please make sure you have ordered a minimum of 16 x 500g tubs, OR 8kg x 1kg tubs,  OR 6 x 1.4kg chubb’s.

Please note that we do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays such as Good Friday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. Orders received on these days will be dispatched on the next working day. If you have any concerns about when your order will be received, please feel free to call us.

Please Note: Orders following a bank holiday may take an extra day to arrive, due to higher volume of deliveries the currier service has to undertake.

PLEASE NOTE:  that there are restrictions on some geographic locations (Northern Ireland, the Highlands of Scotland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight etc) which can mean we are unable to deliver.
